  • 13:00 – One of my biggest skillsets is recovery from failure – I use it as a lesson.

  • 13:35 – At the beginning of my journey I couldn’t even sell a free offer – that was a failure that left me feeling defeated and humiliated.

  • 21:05 – I find myself holding back about my personal life.

  • 22:30 – My life assignment is to be okay with losing the approval of others.

  • 23:15 -  I was raised on a farm, homeschooled, and went to private school.

  • 24:00 - I’m so grateful to have been homeschooled.

  • 25:45 – My love history: I’ve always been in long-term relationships (2-3.5 years).

  • 27:10 – My most recent break-up was last year – we did business together.

  • 27:40 – I dated around and have now had a boyfriend since January.

  • 29:40 – My favorite meal is a GF English muffin with Kite Hill cream cheese, smoked salmon, and a poached egg – a stacked bagel experience.

  • 30:35 – Business and break-ups: I shared very emotional and spiritual posts that were still professional.

  • 32:00 – I keep my best-performing posts and reshare them when I don’t have the energy to create new content.

  • 41:45 – I hydrate before I caffeinate, walk every day, take some supplements, and say yes to whatever movement, play, exercise feels fun.
