Sam will share why true healing is an inside job – and why, if you look for validation, significance and security through your business, you’ll NEVER get it. She’ll also share how she uses comedy to break patterns and why it’s critical to increase your capacity to really feel the full range of emotions available to us as humans. You’ll hear the top three benefits of breathwork – and go through a guided breathwork exercise that you can whip out any time you need it.

  • 16:30 – She realized that healing from eating disorders is an “inside job” that must address emotions and energy.

  • 17:15 – She went to Bali and ended up in a breathwork class.

  • 18:50 – The 3-hour breathwork class changed her life and she felt self-love.

  • 19:40 – She went through the emotions and experience but didn’t identify with any of it, which she had done in the past.

  • 20:20 – She studied breathwork intensely and saw her work shift her emotional eating and exercise disorders.

  • 21:00 – Sam began teaching breathwork to her Hungry for Happiness clients.

  • 21:35 – Sam realized breathwork could help everyone, especially anxious entrepreneurs, which is what inspired her next business, Pause Breathwork.

  • 22:40 – We rely on our business to meet all our needs and give us validation, but what we need to do is address our internal environment first.
